What has been your most profound experience with clients while coaching with the Radical Forgiveness methodology?

Being witness to life-changing breakthroughs when clients break free of the false narrative that’s been directing their life. For many, it’s a transformation that begins a lifelong commitment to creating an extraordinary life through more conscious living through continuous personal growth & development.

What inspires you to support people and to use Radical Forgiveness Coaching as an approach with clients?

I help people whose relationships, career growth, and/or wellbeing are adversely influenced by traumatic events, to make peace with the past, take back their personal power, and create an extraordinary life.

Background

A highly decorated and respected leader with a 30-year military career, including 24+ deployments to austere, high-stress operational environments. Promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CW4) in 10 years—a significantly faster pace than average—demonstrating exceptional leadership potential. Selected for the highly competitive Executive Potential Program, a preparatory program for Senior Executive Service. Throughout life, Jon-Paul has deeply believed that something more profound than anything we can understand is in charge, that everything – while often chaotic and negative on one level – is somehow perfect on another. This belief sustained him as an Army officer leading Soldiers on deployments where he witnessed the darkness of war. Personally trained by Colin Tipping, Jon-Paul offers Radical Forgiveness coaching and other transformative courses designed to guide others in living their best lives.
